Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday - Friday, excluding Public Holidays).
Orders below RM 40 will be charged for shipping of RM 6.
Free shipping will be provided if the order (after discount, if applicable) is RM 40 and above.
All shipments are processed in peninsular Malaysia.

Domestic Orders are supposed to be delivered within 3-5 working days. If not, contact our customer service.
International shipments within Asia (Brunei, Singapore, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Laos, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam) are subject to a RM 25 shipping charge with estimated delivery time of 4 -10 days.
International shipments outside Asia are subject to RM 30 shipping charge with estimated delivery time of 5 - 11 days.
Free shipping will be provided to all international shipments with single order at a minimum purchase of RM 180.
